Emerging from his early career in the music industry, having worked with Long & McQuade Musical Instruments and various Artist Management Firms Peter gained experience dealing with clients, agents, recording labels, retail outlets, radio and print media. He covered arenas, stadiums, and clubs across North America acting as Stage Manager / Tour Manager for Rik Emmett, Platinum Blonde, as well as supporting acts such as Bryan Adams, Billy Idol, and many others. Directed production teams of up to 40 members, including subcontractors, to ensure all facets of the tour are being met including tour finances and immigration procedures. . Peter displayed boundless production talent that was not limited to any specific facet.
During these formative years, Peter branched out to new roles as a Production Manager, Associate Producer for many live productions.

Peter identified new opportunities within the corporate world touring with Nintendo and Pioneer throughout the USA and Canada, creating awareness and visibility for their products. Acting as Tour Director for (5) teams across the United States, the Super Nintendo Entertainment Tour visited 32 Cities, allowing the public to experience the new hardware and software in a free trial period in shopping malls. Administering and training all staff and demonstrators, the tour was a resounding success both for Nintendo and fans. It was widely regarded that the tour was integral in creating brand awareness and loyalty to a brand that would skyrocket in popularity.
Managing an interactive theatre experience for Pioneer Laser Digital Dimension, Coordinated a National tour across Canada. Promoting the analog Laser Disc video format, eventually featuring stereo digital sound, the tour highlighted the possibilities of what could be done with limited space while garnering new levels of product promotion. With the help of the tour, the Laser Disc sold
millions of units across North America.
As Senior Tour Director for Market Source Corporation both in Canada and the United States, in which product awareness was created using interactive designs at Colleges and Universities. Market Source designs and delivers innovative and proven sales and marketing solutions to over 200 companies worldwide; events such as the Market Source Tour result in maximized coverage, elevated brand representation, improved customer experience and increased sales. Using interactive games including the setup of basketball courts, as well as product giveaways, created awareness for first-rate clients such as Coca-Cola, Canada Trust, Petro Canada, Apple Computers, Toyota, Vidal Sassoon, and Nestle. Peter's experience included 3 consecutive tours across North America functioning as Tour Director, excelling in various capacities to ensure smooth running of each event.
Peter quickly demonstrated his ability to foster excellent working relationships with clients, most notably through his 12 year client relationship with General Motors of Canada where he helped shape the event marketing strategies and objectives. Spanning his roles within two firms, Peter oversaw the design, planning, and execution of hundreds of GM events, including trade shows, multi-million dollar launch events, and annual training conferences catering to tens of thousands of participants including live music with Canadian Recording Artists: Blue Rodeo, Burton Cummings, Tom Cochrane & Red Rider, Jann Arden, Great Big Sea, Leahy, Colin James, Randy Bachman, Kim Mitchell, Gino Vannelli, Amanda Marshall and Michelle Wright.
Graduating to the role of Director of Operations for MacLaren McCann’s Event Marketing Division, Peter proved to be instrumental in building the event portfolio and spearheading numerous new accounts. He drove division productivity and directed 12 permanent staff members to work with integrated teams, provide strategic planning, management and development and implementation of high-profile experiential marketing solutions.
Beyond his work with General Motors portfolio, Peter has brought to life a multitude of different events and productions, including the Microsoft XBOX Launch and events for Rogers and Intel as well as major award shows, such as the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers Awards (CFIG). Peter orchestrated the operational elements for the Canadian launch of the Tiger Woods American Express credit card. Consolidating years of expertise, Peter coordinated over 200 direct staff members, the transportation of over 5000 attendees via ferry boat, 35 news agencies and the efforts of the production team, executive team, Toronto Island employees, and city officials. The event was successful, receiving coverage by media outlets in the Greater Toronto Area and internationally, and resulted in Peter serving as a Consultant Technical Director Advisor for ‘Tiger in a Park’ in Atlanta, Georgia.
As an independent contractor Peter was able to lead a group of account managers primarily specializing in the construction of multi-million dollar events and exhibits. He was responsible for the planning and execution of major Trade Shows, Product Launches, Special Events, and Meetings. A large part of his responsibility was to cover the creation of business plans, upkeep project schedules and vendor relations, as well as collaborate in the development of strategic initiatives. Peter and his team was recognized for his work with Infiniti Canada and Cirque du Soleil at the EX Marketer Awards with Gold for Best Hospitality Event and Silver for Best Activation of an Entertainment Sponsorship.Cirque Du Soleil initiatives - Big Top Shows, Arena Shows, Mall Tours, Product Reveals.
His event marketing portfolio included Nissan and Infiniti Automotive clients, as well as a series of events and trade shows for major organizations, such as the Sponsorship Event Activation, Toronto Argonauts, and The Canadian Football League. Organized a Cross-Country in-store activation to roll out Samsung’s Galaxy Note directing (14( sub-contractors to assist with installation, and communicating extensively with stakeholders, the roll out was placed in Best Buy, Glentel, and Future Shop chains within 8 days of conception to widespread acclamation. The end result was the event being so successful that Samsung and Kubik have partnered up for future launches.

Stage Managing the opening ceremonies at the Rogers Center for the 16th Annual AIDS Conference, Peter worked with large teams to coordinate the stage management for over 500 participants and keynote speakers Bill & Melinda Gates. Participants at the Conference included Barenaked Ladies, Blue Man Group, Alicia Keys, Our Lady Peace, Chantal Kreviazuk, Massari, The Red Spirit Singers & Dancers, and DJ Tiesto.
