National Campus Tour – Tour Director:
National Canadian Tour to increase awareness and visibility on universities campus for sponsors and their respective brands such as: Kellogg’s Coca Cola, Pantene, Clover Leaf Tuna, Mennen, Canada Trusts, Petro Canada. Vidal Sassoon and Apple Computers. Responsibilities: managed and monitored tour budget, supervised and trained tour personal, maintained and managed inventory tracking system, delegated and implemented tour process and procedures, by creating operational manuals for assembly of properties. Liaise effectively across all levels of operations, providing leadership and support, while building and maintaining good rapport with corporate sponsors and other stakeholders.
Sports Illustrated National USA Tour – Event/ Logistics Manager:
Traveled to twenty-five prestigious universities throughout the United States to create awareness and visibility on campus. Coordinated the installation and dismantle of portable displays such as, 100’x40’ basketball court, 80’x 20’ batting cage, 100’x 50’ football cage, and large canvas tents which consisted of client’s product giveaways and information. Supervised and trained ( 10) local staff, maintained and managed inventory tracking system as well as supervising loading and unloading of tour properties on and off two (2) 53’ft transport trailers. Prepared progress reports as well as post project analyses for internal and external management, detailing the achievements and deficiencies of each location in order to streamline future operations.
